Is there a way to track the use of mentions in Confluence?

I'd like to know how often people are using the @mention function in Confluence. Since using this function fires an email, I would imagine that you can track this is in some way.

Any ideas? I'm happy to query the database if someone tells me what table to query.

Try running the query below and see if it helps.

SELECT * FROM `<database_name>`.`ao_9412a1_aonotification` WHERE ACTION='mentions.user';

From my tests, it doesn't return results for @mention for yourself, though.
