Is there a way to put multiple logos in a Presenter theme's footer?

I'm attempting to mimic one of my company's PowerPoint theme with Presenter. Our footer has two logos on the left, a block of text in the center, and another logo on the right. I only see a way to add one logo, and I can use that one logo twice.

Also, is there a way to change the space and character count of the middle section? We have a required statement that needs to be in our footer, and it doesn't fit in the space available—neither in block width, nor in characters available. This statement cannot be shortened, it is a Federal requirement.
