Is there a way to prevent users from "watching" specific pages?

We have pages on our wiki that contain sensitive information like username/passwords for various accounts. We would like to disable the ability for users to "watch" these pages because otherwise it is possible for those username/passwords to end up in their inbox as an email notification of the changes.

I would suggest using http://keepass.info tool and attach a secure kdbx file to your page.
That's how we do it.

more info on KeePass (great tool, btw)
