Is there a way to insert predefined text in a page by clicking a button or something similar?

I'm creating a bunch of pages from a template, and wish for the users of the individual pages to be able to insert some predefined text according to their choice. Is there a way to do this?

Hey JBO,

I'm not sure you can you can insert any text instead of links, but you can try the Shortcut Links functionality: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+Shortcut+Links

In case that doesn't work, you might want to create a user macro instead: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Writing+User+Macros

I hope it helps smile
