Is there a way to have checkboxes in a wiki page without it modifying the page?

Ned Batchelder Aug 21, 2017

I want to have a checklist in a wiki page, but readers keep clicking the boxes, which modifies the wiki page. I don't want that.  I want them to look like checkboxes, but not actually be an active element on the page. Is there a way to do that?

Hi Ned,

In that case, you would have to insert images of checkboxes instead of actually using the macro.

Let us know if you have any questions about that.

Kind Regards,
