Is there a way to have HTML output in Confluence?

We are looking to migrate from FrameMaker to Confluence as the authoring tool, and incorporating contextual help within our application. So, is there a was to have HTML files as output along with the available Word and PDF formats? Thanks!

Out of the box, no. But there are certain apps which can do that such as
