Is there a way to customize the Confluence 404 page?

The standard 404 page seems to emphasize the fact that the page was not found, and we would like a page that mentions the "not found" aspect but more emphatically encourages the user to search for the information. In addition, would like to make the Search box more prominent.

To change the search box you can probably use CSS.
