Check out the Attachment Tools Plugin.

Davin, will setting a "Maximum Days Old" limit end up deleting anything across the site pages? I want to be able to end date and purge certain attachments, but nothing globally. Are the criteria set up per attachment? or per page? Thanks for your help!
