Is there a Survey tool within Confluence or other DI2E product?

Looking for a tool that would facilitate distributing "Customer Satisfaction" surveys within a team.   Not all commercial survey products are accessible in workplaces with restricted internet access, so using a survey tool within an already approved product (DI2E) would hopefully generate better response rates.

@Marie France , we make an app for learning in Confluence - Courses and Quizzes LMS app. It doesn't have the survey feature, but it comes with the capabilities to create quizzes (tests) for knowledge check, for example. Maybe it's of interest for you too.

Do you search for a plugin in confluence? 

Have a look at the atlassian marketplace, there are a lot of apps for survey or poll.

I've created a ticket with Atlassian requesting they create an in-built macro for polling in Confluence. I'm amazed this is not already a feature. Please go and vote for the ticket! The more votes the more likely they are to make this change.
