Is there a Source Editor Plug-In for Confluence On Demand?

My client is using On-Demand and I am getting increasingly frustrated at the lack of options for simple things like starting a number list at a specific number. I could resolve these problems by using the Source Editor, but is it compatible with On Demand? When I do a search for it in Add Ons, it doesn't appear in the results.

Unfortunately, Source Editor plugin is not available for On-Demand just yet as describe on the plugin main page in our Marketplace.

We do have a new feature request regarding this issue here:

Please do vote on it and address your concern there to raise the popularity of the request.
