Is it possible to use another prefix for user mentions?

There's no "@" in the Russian keyboard layout, so mentioning someone when their name is in Russian is a flow-breaking process that requires changing the active keyboard layout twice. Is it possible to reconfigure Confluence to use a different prefix for user mentions, like "%"?
