Is it possible to notify users when a new page is created?

We have a development space where we create different pages of tips and information about coding. Is there a way to notify users when a new page is created? I tried putting all the developers watch list of the space's home page but that isn't very useful as we are not changing the home page but adding pages to the space. How do you subscribe to a space?
