I'm trying to extract dates from our product release schedule to Outlook.

Is this possible and if so how?

The purpose is to add the release dates to my calendar so I am automatically notified when a release is due so I can prepare some related documentation.

We're using 5.4.1 server but are going to upgrade to 5.9 shortly.

Cheers

Hi - you can follow the instructions below to export to outlook (full link here)

Outlook 2010

  1. Choose  to the right of the calendar and choose Export to iCalendar
  2. Save the .ics file to your computer
  3. Open Outlook 2010 and choose File Tab > Open > Import
  4. Locate and select the .ics file you saved and choose Import

Alternatively you could subscribe to the calendar as well.

Hope this helps.
