When a customer raises an issue I want to be able to email the customer an article from the knowledge base that may help them solve the problem. Is this possible? If so how do I do it? Thanks.

There's not a way to email page contents to either licensed Confluence users or unlicensed users (Jira Service Desk customers, for example.)

In Confluence Server only, there's an add-on for this, which is not available for Cloud:
My suggestion as a workaround would be to export the content and then email the exported file to your customer.
