Is it possible to email an article from the knowledge base to a customer through Confluence?

When a customer raises an issue I want to be able to email the customer an article from the knowledge base that may help them solve the problem. Is this possible? If so how do I do it? Thanks.

Thank you for contacting us.

There's not a way to email page contents to either licensed Confluence users or unlicensed users (Jira Service Desk customers, for example.)

There's a feature request below to track this request for Confluence Cloud:

  • CONFCLOUD-22869 when using the Share feature, add ability to send page contents

In Confluence Server only, there's an add-on for this, which is not available for Cloud:

My suggestion as a workaround would be to export the content and then email the exported file to your customer.
