Is it possible to create a space template in order to create other spaces from it ?

Yes, we do that in our Environment.

We have a space-template and use that as a copy for new spaces.

Only thing you need is the "Copy Space Plugin": https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.confluence.plugin.copyspace
