Hi Cyril,
Confluence doesn't provide a tool to do this, but there are add-ons such as Copy Space for Confluence (cloud) or Comala Publishing (server) that allow you to define a space and make multiple copies of it (in essence, allowing you to create a template space and use that template to create a new space)
Hi Cyril,
We had the same needs in our company and developed the add-on Space Tree Creator.
Give it a try: Marketplace Link
Here you find some Live Examples (no registration needed).
Regards,
Stephan

Ok, this is not the best solution but it will fit the need.
Thanks for the (quick) answer!
