Is it possible to automatically enable "Subscribe to all blog posts" for all users?

Basically I would like to enable the flag "Subscribe to all blog posts" for ALL my existing users in my confluence server. I don't seem to be able todo this via the admin api, but would this be possible by editing the database directly or via the REST API?

Excellent suggestion! Developing Confluence usage inside of a company is hard enough, it would be great if notifications were pushed by default.

Push! Is there any way to change the default settings, rather than asking all users to do so?
