Is article voting only available as an add-on for server instances?

We have a cloud instance of Confluence and would like to have article helpfulness voting available. From what I've gathered so far, these add-ons are only available for server/self-hosted instances and not cloud. Is this correct or am I missing something?

Hi Ryan,

There are some available third-party plugins for survey/voting, however they are indeed restrict to Confluence Server. It seems that Ondemand is very strict in terms of plugin usage.

I've also found the Improvement Request for implementing such feature for Cloud version, however it looks like it won't be implemented for now:
