Is Office Connector available in Atlassian Cloud?

It does not appear in the "add-ons".

Hi Bradley,

Yes, it's available.

It might be not showing up, because in the dropdown menu, you need to click on All add-ons. By default it shows the installed/upgraded ones by us.

Hi @Tim Eddelbuettel,

You're correct. Confluence 5.9 has its own viewer that is now embedded, so you don't need to have office connector's macro to view the file. But you need to have the office connector to actually edit the content.

Available but deprecated.

Deprecated macros for Confluence (13 November 2015)

With the release of Confluence 5.9 we will be ending support for the following macros, known collectively as the 'View File' macros:

  • Office Excel
  • Office Word
  • Office PowerPoint
  • PDF

Check this new add-on for Confluence cloud. This Microsoft Office connector has a lot of features like mukti cloud support and realtime co-editing:
