Is Anchor Macro available for new pages in Confluence Cloud?

Hello Team,

I want to confirm whether Anchor Macro is available for new pages in Confluence Cloud?One of our user is not able to find it but for some user it is available. Not sure why this is happening.

I have found below link not sure if statement "Anchor Macro is unavailable in new editor of confluence cloud " is correct or not. Can you please confirm.

As mentioned correctly, this feature is not available currently in the new editor experience.
Yet you can try the work around mentioned as steps to reproduce in the following ticket,
