For Cloud, the password will be the same as the Atlassian ID and password, they can try resetting the password by the following steps:
For server, if they can they can check forgot password and can reset the password.

As described "(...) even with reseting the account it doesn't work", reseting the account unfortunately doesn't work... I tried again today, but still doesn't work.
