I have had many users come back and say they receive a 'Internet Explorer has stopped working' message and then it proceeds to close their brower down. They are on IE9 and they are trying to use tSPace. Help please...
Could you explain which Atlassian application this applies to and exactly what the trigger is ("user has come back" doesn't tell us much)

Not a clue, you'll need to tell us what it is. It might be an Atlassian app that you happen to have a different name for. Or you might be in completely the wrong place because it's not an Atlassian app at all.
