Hi,
We have recently moved our confluence server to cloud. we are looking to integrate our confluence cloud with on premise Jira server. We have tried application links and finally it returned with NETWORK ERROR. Please help if you are aware of the issue.
Please see the error below,

We can't enable the incoming authentication because PenCS Jira is not reachable.
Have you gone through the steps mentioned here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/link-to-server-products-from-cloud-744721656.html ?
HI Deepanshu,
Thanks for the reply. i have gone through the documentation. we have tried creating application links in confluence cloud. But we ended up with a NETWORK ERROR. We have tried to troubleshoot the issue by using your documentation and are assuming that the error is caused due to the IP's that are blocked by our organisation firewall. So, we have provided the IP's that Atlassian mentioned in documentation to our network team. But Atlassian have mentioned nearly 20 IP's in the document . Our network team says that there are too many IP's to be whitelisted and they have advised us to ask, if they have any dedicated IP for this communication to happen.
Can i know if there is any dedicated IP that confluence cloud can use to communicate with on premise Jira server.
