Install Intermediate Certificate for Confluence

Hi Guys,

We have a confluence site using GoDaddy SSL. The site is working fine on most of the browsers but give certification error on mobile devices and few browsers etc. I believe we will have to install an intermediate certificate to resolve this problem. Can some please guide us through on how to do it like to how to import intermediate cert and what changes are required on server.xml etc. Step by step intructions would be highly appreciated. Cheers

Regards

Ash

Hi Ash,

I believe all your questions are answered here:

There is a good walkthrough for importing your cert and updating the confluence config (if necessary)

Hope that helps!
