Insight macro for Confluence with Knowledge Base

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to show customer owned assets in a knowledge base article with an iql like "Asset Owner" = currentUser(). However, not all the users can see the Label and Asset Number field which is the label field in this case. Only the users with Developer/Manager permission on Insight or Service Desk Team can view this field.

All the users should have access to insight schema and the object to view.

You would be better off creating a report out of the box on insight instead of the macro for confluence.

Hi,

We can't show Insight report to customers directly though.

It would work as a knowledge base to be used by customers to see what notebooks, cell phones etc. they have.
