Insert Parent's Table of Contents

I'm not sure why Confluence's TOC is not like a normal book TOC that starts from the top, or at least gives you that option. Page Tree will not include headings within the children and TOC does not let you set the starting level.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

I essentially need a Page Tree that also lists the page's headings (and maybe subheadings), or a TOC that starts at a parent level that I can set.

The latter, a Page Tree that also lists the child page headings.

I am a little confused sad

TOC does let you select which Heading style numbers to include you can start at Heading1 or any other level.

Sounds like you want a listing as Page Tree on a Parent page that gives all the Child pages AND also provides a listing of the Headings that appear in each child page?
