Insert Footer into existing Page

I have a page that is way down below a Space.  How can I insert a footer into the page that would include page number, etc. when exporting to PDF.

I tried the PDF layout and Stylesheet under Space Administration and that didn't work

We use this plugin call ed Scroll PDF for our PDF needs and it handles everything like footers, headers, page numbers, titles, etc., for us. At first I tried doing everything using Confluence's built in PDF capabilities but it was to much of a hassle. I think this company gives you a free trial for this plugin so try it out.
