Inquiry About Maintenance Process Support

I am currently using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence. we have a maintenance process where we need to log maintenance details, schedule calls to discuss the impact, and update the status post-implementation.

I would like to know if JIRA or Confluence supports features for managing my maintenance process. Specifically, I am looking for the following functionalities:

1. Implementation of a shared calendar and templates
2. Workflow for recording and tracking maintenance work

Could you please review our requirements and suggest how Atlassian might accommodate these needs?

Implementation of a shared calendar and templates - Confluence Cloud Premium has team Calendars.  It is a great way to have shared calendars that help keep your team on the same page.  It also integrates with Jira so you can easily populate it with important dates right from Jira. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-add-and-edit-calendars/

2.
