Still having problems with the index.
If a reindex works, the index will be updated for around 2 weeks, after that there will be no update anymore.
I have to do a reindex manually. During the reindex, people can not use Confluence (it's locked up) and most of the times I have to stop and start confluence to get it working again.
It sounds like your index may have actually become corrupted and that is why re-indexing works for 2 weeks and then it starts to degrade again. So, top test this theory I'd like to ask you to rebuild the index from scratch by following the instructions in this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Rebuild+the+Content+Indices+from+Scratch
