Does anyone know how to include the page title when using the include page macro? We use this alot to generate our end user or custom client-facing doc, but have to reinsert the page titles for each. Would appreciate any ideas on how we can do this.

Include page title should be optional.

You could write a macro that invokes the include page macro and also includes the title of the target page. To invoke a macro from within a macro, use the $globalHelper.renderConfluenceMacro() method. hth,
