In macro, one JIRA has the option "état" whereas a second Confluence doesn't have this option

Thomas GRIMALDI November 25, 2019

Hello,
I have the admin access to 2 different confluence :

In B), I can access to a macro called "Etat" (screenshot 1)
Unfortunatelly, I can't find the same macro in A) (screenshot 2).

Any idea why?

Hello Thomas,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you!

This macro is known as the Status Macro in English. In your first screenshot, is that from a page using the new Confluence editor? You will be able to tell if it's the new editor because the Publish button will be in the top right-hand corner instead of the bottom left-hand corner, as in the old editor.

The 2nd screenshot I believe is from a page using the old editor.

The Status Macro is available on both editors, but in the new editor, I seem to only be able to find it if I use the / shortcut.

On your page, you can insert the macro like this in the new editor (except you can type État to perform the search in French):

I've created a bug below to track which macros cannot be found from the Macro browser in Confluence Cloud:

If you encounter any other macros missing from that browser, please update this bug ticket with that information.

Thank you for raising this, and let me know if you have any trouble.

Regards,

Shannon
