In user adminstration and space administration there are users with exact the same role and authorization. One of them can be added to the attendence list, the other one not.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Does the user not appear on the dropdown when you at mention them or can you somehow not add them after they are found on the list. If the latter, is there an error message?
