Impossible to add a new member on desk

Hello, I added 7 friends on the desk without any problem, but when I tried to add 8-th, the problem occurred. The system is saying that it's impossible now and I would better try later, but I've been trying for a whole day and it's still closed opportunity for me.

Information that can help you to understand what is wrong:

1. I created this project (desk)

2. It already has 8 members including myself

3. I can find a man I'm trying to add and he can use trello, but I can't add him on my desk

Can you confirm which product this question is for? It is tagged Confluence, but you mention Trello. Are you trying to add someone to a Trello board?

If so, do you receive an error when attempting to add the user to your Trello board? Can you provide a screenshot of the error?
