I am trying to import ServiceNow articles into jira confluence space. When I was checking the documentations I was not able to get the procedure to import articles into jira.

Does any have experience in this.

Nitheshwar Ram Kannan, Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

First, I want to say that Jira and Confluence are both Atlassian products. I believe that you want to import the ServiceNow articles to Confluence, rather than Jira. This may help you find content to help you.

As is mentioned on this page (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-content-into-confluence-cloud/), you can import Word, Google Docs, and OneDrive documents to create a Confluence page. This page contains the requirements and steps.

  • You may need to export from ServiceNow as Word files and then import those to Confluence.
  • An internet search also had results for integrating ServiceNow with Confluence, which may help you.
  • There may be a 3rd-party application available in the Atlassian Marketplace that you can use.
  • Depending on how many articles you have, it may be easiest to copy/paste from ServiceNow to Confluence.
