Image not displayed while effect used

Hi,

I noticed recently the images using effects are not displayed anymore and replaced with "The image's data is missing" image.

With effect :

If i remove effect the image is displayed fine, issue seems related to the "effect plugin" not working anymore.

Hi Laurent,

This is good, it means that the connection between the attachments and your pages hasn't become corrupted, as can sometimes happen.

Does this problems still occur if you try a different browser?

Firefox, Seamonkey, Chrome : same result.

png or jpg images are affected.

Hi Laurent,

If the attachments are there (which they are) and this is happening on all browsers (which it is) then you'll need to put a ticket into Atlassian support to investigate.

There was a cloud update recently and it appears as if several bugs have happened since then.  This may be one of them.  Sorry I can't help you any further

What happens when you edit an image and remove the effect?  Does it then show up?
