Hi Tanya,

Creating your own blueprints is a quite difficult task (Java programing). With our Add-on you build PTC-blueprints (PTC: Page Tree Creator) based on normal confluence pages. All allowed users can collaborate on PTC-blueprints, the improvements can be seen in the activity stream and the usage of the PTC-blueprints can be done by buttons.

Once you have users a blueprint or template to create something, changing the blueprint and/or template will not affect stuff created from it.

If you roll out your own blueprint, that's fine, you can use it on new spaces, but it won't affect the existing ones.
