If a page is marked as restricted (and space admin is not part of restricted users) , can space admin see it just be virtue of being a space admin?
Does thesame hold true for confluence admin?
For space admins the answer is no. Space admin doesn't give you access to all pages in a space. It simply means that you can change the space specific configuration.
For system admins the answer is kinda. By default they will not be able to view the page, but they can grant themselves access. After all if a system admin could not do that they you could potentially have pages that no-one would ever be able to access if the person who had access to it left the company.
