Hey Ben,
Confluence is already available for iOS users through the Confluence Cloud app. You can download it in the Apple App Store. It is important to call out that at this time Confluence for iOS is only available for Confluence Cloud users, the app doesn't work for Server users yet.
If you want to know more about the app and its features, you can check the Atlassian Confluence Cloud page.
Have a good one!
Sorry to have to say that this app do not work very well. The most annoying issue is that the bottom half of the screen is blank when I edit a page (I assume that this is the space where onscreen keyboard would be) using Apple touch keyboard on iPad Pro 10.5.
Also you can only do very basic editing, there is no way possible to use iPad only for working with Confluence.
Using Confluence in web browser will not work either, it has a number of issues that makes it impossible to use.
This is all very unfortunate, Confluence otherwise is a great tool.
