IE will not save wiki pages

IE will not save wiki pages. What is Solution. We are using IE11. I checked IE compatible mode and still  not saving.

That is your problem, you are using Confluence 3 series and as you can see below IE 11 is not supported with that version:

IE 11 was falling to work on the confluence version range of  5.0~5.3 so is no surprise you are getting this error .

At this point I strongly recommend you to plan a Confluence upgrade to version 5.4 ( you need to go to 3.5.7 - > 5.0.3 and then 5.4.*).

Ok, based on that is not permission as you can open the page in edit mode. Which Confluence version you are using?

Mind send us a screenshot of what output you get when you hit save?

• Is it an error?
• The pages just refresh and no changes are saved?
• Do you see the save button after you click edit or you are not even able to click on edit?
• Does it works in other browsers (FireFox/Chrome)?

The more clues you give us the netter we will be able to assist you .

I'm going to assume you mean that after making an edit, when you try to save, you're presented with an error. That is probably a permissions issue, either space permissions, or page restrictions.
