We are talking about Atlassian Atlas product right? Basically this 👇
If so, there's a Columns button where you can enable/disable fields that are visible in the view.
Additionally, you can create new views by clicking on Views > Create view at the top of the screen and then configure that view by your preference.
To create a new custom field, I would suggest checking out the official article: 🎉 New feature announcement: Custom fields in Atlas!
Btw, do you need to embed this view into Confluence or something similar? I'm asking as this has been posted in Confluence product group.
