I have a large list of articles (product step by step demonstrations). I would like to copy the article url's or hyperlinks and add to a confluence space. This will need to be customer facing.
Step 1) I believe there is a macro that an help me pull all the article hyperlinks. How do I do this?
Step 2) How do I make a confluence page customer facing?
Thank you, Confluence community...
@Ross Friedman Welcome to community.
You can make the Confluence space public so anyone can see it - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/make-a-space-public/
Or if you are using Jira Service Management (JSM) you can associate the Confluence space with the JSM project and users will be able to see the articles in the project. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-a-knowledge-base-so-customers-can-serve-themselves/
As far as generating the links are these articles in the confluence space? If so you can just use the space list macro - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-spaces-list-macro/
