@Jin, Yuehan

This is a public forum (anyone on the internet can see the post) so you may want to refrain from sharing links to your Confluence site, even if it is not publicly available.

As @Manoj Gangwar , your Admins should solve the issue, if it persist, contact Atlassian Support.

Hi @Jin, Yuehan Please reach out to the Confluence admins to grant to the ownership of the page again.

are you the confluence admin? If yes, could you help to grant the ownership to me?

@Jin, Yuehan

Each company has their own Atlassian Organization - a collective name for the environment with Atlassian apps such as Confluence, Jira, etc.

You company has one too.

Each Organization has its own admins. Each app, Confluence for example, can have additional admins.

In this Community, you can ask questions other members of the Community who, despite various titles such as Community Leaders, are forum participants like you. Just more experienced.

As a result, we do not have admin rights to your specific Confluence in your Organization. However, if you reach Atlassian Support, you can grant them access to your site to investigate the issue. But that have to be done in the official manner thru a support ticket and I'd advise that this should be initiated (and access granted) by your admins.
