More and more knowledge is recorded in the day to day chats between our developers, and we are using hipchat for that - it does persist the discussions, so we can look it up again later on.
The thing now is that if I'm looking for some information, I have to look in 2 places (in confluence and in hipchat).
Is there a way to do a kind of federated search (between confluence and hipchat) and/or integrate the discussions of hipchat into confluence ?
Hello Francis, currently that is not possible, however you may always raise a feature request for such in http://help.hipchat.com/, there is a number of already raised (I can see from my side), you may add your to the list using the help.hipchat.com page.
edit: changed the tracker address, thanks to Zuhaib :)
