I've managed to botch the SAML config for our Confluence cloud tenant. How do I regain access?

Arne Meyer Vedø-Hansen March 23, 2018

I've been working on setting up the SAML configuration to enable single sign-on for our Confluence tenant, but I've managed to both the configuration somehow, and now I'm unable to sign in in any way. What do I do to regain access, e.g. by deleting the SAML setup so that it reverts to regular username/password logon?

Arne,

I've tried to take a look at your Cloud instance but I wasn't able to find an account associated with your email address.

Therefore, I've created a support ticket so you can supply your information directly to our Cloud team.

You will be receiving an email shortly with the ticket number.

Thank you!

Shannon

Yeah, I wasn't able to log in at all with my "proper" account, so I had to make a new account using a different logon :D

Thanks for the support ticket creation; I'll be following up there.
