I have an automation plan where i need to export all ticket details information automatically once the ticket get raised

Thanks for the reply.

It relates to Jira.

We have utilized some forms in Jira tickets to collect user input; these forms were made with Proforma; is it possible for us to export those information as well?

 If possible, Would you please explain the process.
