I'm an admin; I'm logged in; why can't people find me?

I have users trying to add me to spaces in Confluence, but they can't find my profile. When I search, I can't find my profile either.

The documentation is pretty much useless for this case.

Verify your a licensed user by default this is normally "confluence-user" group.
