I have an exception in confluence with postgreSQL. (again)

(I changed my context, especially error messages.)

I have an exception in confluence with postgreSQL.

In fact, I could connect up with login page, and I created some user's accounts then it succeeded.

However, Since then even though I tried to connect again, I couldn't.

There is some exception message.

How can I connect up with confluence again?

1 answer

I think this message has nothing to do with your database, can you check, that your tomcat-user has read and write access to your confluence home dir?

Yes, of cource.!

Tomcat-user can access to my confluence home dir, and I registered the other accounts already. I mean, confluence also accessed to database.

What I can see from your stacktrace is that your confluence tries to load a bean but it cannot find it. Following might be possible:

  1. It's in a jar in WEB-INF/lib and can't be read
  2. It should be in a jar in WEB-INF/lib but the jar is missing
  3. It's in a plugin jar and in the database but you cannot acces the database.
  4. It's in a plugin jar and you can access your database but you can't sore it in your homedirectory

In all that cases, there should be an exception before the one you postet.

In your case, confluence can't find the PluginAccessor wich is in atlassians-plugins-x.y.z.jar in WEB-INF/lib

If it's there, you hava a read problem, if not check your installation.

Thank you for your answer. :)

I was resolving this issue. One of directories from confluence was root account, so I changed it.

(However I don't know why, because I hadn't change anything.)
