All of the accounts on the wibmobile.atlassian.net instance you mentioned use email addresses with your wibmo domain. If you login with any other email address you won't be able to access the instance.
You mentioned having purchased a "personal version" but unfortunately there isn't anything like that offered at Atlassian. Can you let me know what you mean by that?
