I don't see any apps in my Atlassian Account.
Not able to access Confluence, JIRA. nothing at all. While accessing it says
sandhya.y@maersk.com doesn't have access to Confluence on maersk-tools.atlassian.net.
sandhya.y@maersk.com doesn't have access to Jira on maersk-tools.atlassian.net.

We are a community of users of our own Atlassian products. We are not administrators for the site you are accessing.
As @Seng Pang said, this is a permissions issue and it will need to be resolved by the administrators of that specific site.
If you don't know who those people are, then I suggest that you contact the individuals that told you to access that site.

This seems to be a permission/access related issue.
Could you try to reach out to your admin for your site access to be granted?
