I created an <Unrestricted> space, but my college can't see it

Mihaela Domsa February 18, 2020

Hi,

I created a documentation space and selected the option "No restrictions" from "Edit restriction".

-> But my college can't see the space.

I also opened "Permissions Management" - click on "Spatial Tools" and selected "Permissions" in the sidebar to manage what users are seeing.
-> But my college can't see the space.

The only way my college sees my workspace is to create a "team space" and add my entire college there.

My questions are: If I created a "documentation space", why is the "Edit Restriction" option visible, if it doesn't work?

Hi @Mihaela Domsa ,

When you create space, please check the space permission associated with space and user. View gives you permission to access the content in this space, and see it in the space directory and other places like the dashboard.

Please refer below document for your reference.

Thanks,

Avinash

Select the desired default permission type using the drop-down option to allow college see your project

<Unrestricted> page properties report doesn't show space -> writemyessayfast.
